The Palms
The palms was newly constructed in 2017 and opened in 2018. This apartment complex offers a modern, luxurious, elegant, alluring, and spacious feel. These are just a few words that are used to describe our amazing apartments. The mind-boggling architectural exterior is a comforting warm- up for what's inside. From the soft touch paint on the walls to the futuristic kitchen designs and utensils, everything makes this apartment feel more at home ... It’s interior was designed so as to create that clean, aquatic-like atmosphere that is conducive for learning.
Security is one of our top priorities with 12 hour security guard, camera monitoring systems and access codes for building entry.

Located in the student district of True Blue, Grand Anse, The Palms is a welcome accomodation for those seeking the off-campus experience. Just two minutes walk from the St. George's University campus, our apartments are easy to find and conveniently located on the main road. It is also on the route for SGU buses. In close proximity you will be able to access the pharmacy, barber & hair salon, lots of outdoor restaurant &bar and other entertainment. The Grand Anse shopping centre and famous beach is easily accessible from here (less than 10 minutes drive).
Amenities
Each apartment is identical with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living quarters and ... The apartments are fully furnished with refrigerator, stove, and washing machine. All utility bills except electricity are included in room price. We also offer weekly housekeeping service to keep the rooms clean and comfortable.
